About the Job
As a technical recruiter – IT, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of IT roles across multiple technologies and domains. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about tech hiring and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.Key responsibilities:
1. Understand IT hiring needs and interpret job descriptions for niche and high-volume roles
2. Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
3. Conduct telephonic screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
4. Coordinate interviews and serve as liaison between candidates and clients
5. Maintain and update candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and dashboards
6. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, including offer discussions
7. Execute and close recruitment mandates within set timelines
8. Achieve weekly and monthly sourcing and hiring targets
Requirements:
1. 1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, covering both niche and vanilla roles
2. Must have a personal laptop
3. Skilled in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
4. Good understanding of IT domains, industry trends, and full-cycle recruitment
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
