About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Promote and demonstrate industrial automation products and services to potential customers
2. Generate and nurture leads through cold calls, emails, and inbound inquiries
3. Conduct technical discussions and provide pre-sales and post-sales support
4. Prepare technical proposals, tenders, quotations, and product presentations
5. Maintain relationships with new and existing clients and conduct regular follow-ups
6. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings to represent the company
7. Achieve or exceed sales targets and track key performance metrics
8. Manage CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) to track customer data, opportunities, and communication
9. Assign and prioritize leads for the technical sales team
10. Support documentation processes such as tender/bid preparation and email proposals
11. Coordinate project execution between sales, technical, and operations teams
12. Maintain internal reports, pipeline status, and dashboards for sales management
13. Organize sales campaigns, email marketing activities, and client communications
