About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Install, configure, and maintain software systems, APIs, and third-party plugins
2. Manage backend infrastructure including server environments, databases, payment gateways, and deployment pipelines
3. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply necessary patches or updates
4. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients via email, ticketing system, or remote access tools
5. Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
6. Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for internal records
7. Set up and configure client-specific technical environments based on requirements
8. Support integration of fintech plugins, APIs, and payment gateway systems
9. Conduct regular system health checks and perform backups
10. Ensure all systems meet security standards and follow best practices
11. Collaborate with cybersecurity and DevOps teams where applicable
12. Maintain technical documentation including setup guides, configuration checklists, and troubleshooting manuals
13. Generate periodic reports on system uptime, issues resolved, and performance insights
Requirements:
1. Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, computer science, or a related field
2. Possess strong problem-solving skills
3. Have basic knowledge of technical tools, systems, or programming
4. Be willing to relocate to Dubai after 3 months of probation
5. Be based in Gujarat, India during the probation period
