About the Job
Designation: Telesales ExecutiveLocation: Bangalore, Domlur - Diamond District
6 Days A Week Working
The person will be responsible for selling products & services of the company over the phone & assisting the supervisor in managing the team in his absence. The objective of this position is to deliver monthly sales targets while keeping quality and customer satisfaction at expected levels.
Key responsibilities:
1. Call potential and existing clients to promote and sell the company’s products and services.
2. Update the CRM system with accurate call outcomes and client information.
3. Follow up with clients promptly to maximize conversion rates.
4. Maintain strong client relationships even after the sale is completed.
5. Meet required login hours, talk time, and maintain wrap time within specified targets.
6. Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
7. Implement feedback provided by quality specialists, trainers, and team leaders to improve performance.
8. Handle supervisor (sup) calls and assist in converting leads for new hires.
9. Coach and mentor underperforming sales associates to help them meet KPIs.
10. Support the supervisor with daily tasks and lead the team in their absence.
Work Timings:
10:30 am – 7:30 pm (Only for female candidates/employees – Sun will be a week off)
11:00 am – 8 pm (Rotational shift & Rotational week off)
12 pm – 9 pm (Rotational shift & Rotational week off)
1 pm – 10 pm (Rotational shift & Rotational week off)
