Key responsibilities:1. Act as the voice of Diamond Hands LLP to promote demat and trading accounts.
2. Make outbound calls to potential retail clients for account acquisition.
3. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into active trading clients.
4. Clearly explain platform features, benefits, and brokerage plans.
5. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns to ensure conversion.
6. Address client queries regarding account setup and trading processes.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely account activation.
8. Maintain CRM records of all client interactions and conversions.
9. Achieve and exceed set sales targets consistently.
