About the Job
As a Telecaller at Hindgo Solution Private Limited, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone to pitch our services, providing exceptional customer support, and building strong relationships with clients. Your proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada will be essential in effectively communicating with a diverse customer base. Your expertise in MS-Excel will also be crucial in maintaining accurate records of client interactions.Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads.
2. Handle inbound calls from existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Utilize active learning skills to continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.
6. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their accounts and orders.
7. Work closely with the customer support team to resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients in a prompt and efficient manner.
