About the Job
As a Telecaller at Saffron Technologies, you will play a crucial role in our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients in order to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. You must have excellent English and Hindi speaking skills to effectively communicate with customers. Additionally, you should be proficient in MS-Excel to maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments. Your written English skills will also be utilized for sending follow-up emails and documenting important information.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
2. Schedule appointments for the sales team based on lead qualification.
3. Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments using MS-Excel.
4. Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Hindi.
5. Follow up with clients via email to provide additional information or confirm appointments.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and handover of leads.
7. Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns raised during calls.
