About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Achieve the assigned sales targets
2. Call customers using the provided data to generate leads for loan file conversion, leading to disbursement
3. Interface with customers and ensure closure of files through successful loan disbursement
4. Collect necessary documents post customer concurrence, as per product requirements for file completion
5. Log in and monitor disbursed files to become eligible for performance-based incentives, subject to base target achievement
6. Perform routine duties either from the office or in the field based on company requirements and candidate fitment
