Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales
2. Explain product or service offerings clearly and persuasively
3. Handle inbound queries and follow up with interested prospects
4. Maintain a database of customer information and call logs
5. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
6. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Show confidence in sales pitching and objection handling
3. Possess basic knowledge of CRM systems or Excel for lead tracking
4. Apply good listening skills and a customer-oriented approach
5. Perform well under pressure and meet sales targets
6. Hold a graduate degree in any discipline
7. Bring experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles
