About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. If you are persuasive, good at building rapport, and passionate about sales – we’d love to meet you!
Key responsibilities:
1. Make 50–100 outbound calls daily to potential leads.
2. Identify prospects, generate leads, and fix meetings for the sales team.
3. Clearly explain products/services and handle initial queries.
4. Maintain a record of calls and lead interactions in the CRM.
5. Follow up on leads and conversions diligently.
