Wedding Collaterals is a premium wedding design & stationery agency offering personalized invites, print collateral, and digital wedding experiences. We work with top wedding planners and couples to create memorable visual branding for weddings.
Job Role:
As a telecaller, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and follow-ups. You’ll help us stay connected with leads, planners, and clients by handling calls, WhatsApp chats, and basic lead tracking.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outgoing calls to follow up with leads (via call & WhatsApp).
2. Attend to incoming inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp & website.
3. Explain basic wedding stationery packages to interested clients.
4. Maintain lead sheets and follow-up reports.
5. Coordinate between client and internal team for smooth communication.
