Telecaller / Sales Executive with Tamil & Malayalam ProficiencySales Generation:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.(Handle Both Tamil & Malayalam Clients)
Identify customer needs and provide solutions to generate sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
