About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our real estate projects and services
2. Follow up via calls and emails to schedule meetings for the sales team
3. Maintain accurate call logs and lead data in MS Excel
4. Provide timely and courteous responses to client queries
5. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for appointment confirmations
6. Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volumes and lead conversions
7. Continuously improve product knowledge and communication techniques
Requirements:
1. Excellent spoken communication in Hindi and English
2. Good command over MS-Excel and record-keeping
3. Confident and professional telephone etiquette
4. Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
5. Experience in real estate, telesales, or customer service is preferred (freshers may apply)
