3. Convert leads through persuasive communication, ensuring potential contestants are encouraged to register or participate.
4. Maintain basic computer records accurately, ensuring up-to-date data management.
5. Design simple creatives on Canva for promotional purposes when required.
6. Coordinate smoothly with participants and other team members, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
