Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and self-motivated Tele callers (Freshers & Experienced) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a client-focused attitude, and the ability to manage customer conversations professionally over the phone.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote company services.
2. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our offerings.
3. Clearly explain products and services to prospective clients and address any questions.
4. Generate leads and schedule appointments where applicable.
5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions.
6. Consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
7. Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into business opportunities.
