Key responsibilities:1. Engage with potential clients over the phone to promote our General Insurance products and services
2. Maintain a database of leads and follow up on them regularly using CRM tools
3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
4. Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and achieve company objectives
5. Provide accurate information to clients regarding product features, pricing, and promotions
6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers
7. Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics to management on a regular basis
