About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients (fabric buyers, exporters, garment units, etc.) from provided leads and directories.
2. Explain our fabric product offerings confidently and professionally.
3. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
4. Maintain accurate records of client conversations and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.
5. Schedule meetings or sampling requests for interested clients.
6. Help build a strong database of prospective clients.
