About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design original textile patterns, embroideries, and fabric compositions for cushions, curtains, and soft furnishings
2. Develop collections that reflect Studio IONA’s visual identity — blending heritage craft with modern aesthetics
3. Collaborate with artisans to translate designs into hand-embroidered, printed, or woven forms
4. Work closely with the founder and design team to create seasonal mood boards, fabric swatches, and sample developments
5. Assist in fabric sourcing, quality control, and production coordination with vendors and mills
6. Contribute to lookbooks, visual storytelling, and documentation for collections.
