About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Create engaging posts and stories for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, to promote OffbeatTreks’ unique travel experiences and attract potential travelers
2. Address inquiries from clients regarding tours, destinations, and services, providing detailed and timely information to enhance customer satisfaction
3. Assist in developing well-organized, tailored itineraries for clients, ensuring all travel experiences align with OffbeatTreks’ standards
4. Follow up on client inquiries and provide updates, aiming to convert potential inquiries into confirmed bookings
5. Visit local travel agents, influencers, and potential collaborators to build partnerships and promote OffbeatTreks’ offerings
6. Manage communication with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution of both individual (FIT) and group tours, maintaining quality and consistency throughout the experience
7. Act as a Tour Manager and help operate tours on the ground whenever required, ensuring smooth execution and a memorable experience for travelers
Note: This condition is waived for candidates who possess relevant experience in the travel domain and have previously worked in a similar capacity.
