About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with project objectives
2. Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to inform design strategy
3. Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
4. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the design and development lifecycle
5. Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and browsers
6. Maintain consistency by developing and adhering to design systems and brand guidelines
7. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
8. Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Eligibility:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, computer science, engineering, or related fields
2. 0–2 years of relevant professional UI/UX experience
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX capabilities across various projects
