Key responsibilities:1. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
2. Foster long-term relationships with candidates
3. Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
4. Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
5. Format resumes meeting client expectations
6. Research new technologies
7. Create detailed job descriptions
8. Follow up with candidates
9. Source potential candidates on platforms, like UK-Europe Monster, Indeed, JobServe and LinkedIn
10. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
11. Perform pre-screening calls to analyses applicants’ abilities
12. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
13. Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
14. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
