Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at our Hyderabad (Ameerpet) office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketing IT consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and US Citizens) and possess strong relationships with Tier 1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
Key responsibilities:
Bench Marketing: Effectively market our consultants (Bench Candidates) to potential clients and implementation partners in the US IT staffing market.
Lead Generation: Identify new requirements daily through various channels such as job boards, networking, social media, and existing vendor relationships.
Submissions: Submit qualified resumes, negotiate rates, and follow up on interview schedules.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 Vendors and Implementation Partners.
Consultant Relationship: Maintain continuous communication with consultants regarding job requirements, interviews, and feedback.
Negotiation: Negotiate rates with clients and vendors to maximize margins while ensuring client satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure all documentation, agreements, and onboarding processes comply with US staffing standards.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly status reports on submissions, interviews, and placements.
