About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Maintain a database of candidates on the bench, including their skills, availability, and preference
2. Initiate and maintain regular contact with candidates to understand their career goals, skill sets, and availability
3. Collaborate with the sales team to understand the expectation for IT candidates
4. Identify suitable candidates for which requirement skill set they would be fit and presenting them to various platforms
5. Negotiate compensation, rates, and contract terms according to our company policy
6. Continuously building pipelines of potential candidates by networking, sourcing, and building referrals/references from previous candidates
7. Stay well informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activates to provide vital information to candidates as well as staying ahead of competition
8. Maintain accurate and details materials for record of all consultant interactions and placements
9. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to bench management
