About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design creatives for social media, digital ads, emailers, brochures, and web banners
2. Develop visual branding assets including logos, brand kits, and presentation decks
3. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
4. Create thumbnails, posters, and infographics with strong visual hierarchy
5. Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and events such as reels, promos, explainers, and testimonials
6. Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and sound design to videos
7. Assist in storyboarding, scripting, and visual storytelling
8. Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms and target audiences
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
2. Show basic knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects
3. Deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
4. Exhibit strong eye for detail, color sense, typography, and pacing
5. Understand video formats, resolutions, and platform-specific content trends
Good to Have:
1. Possess experience with Canva, Figma, or CapCut
2. Bring background in photography, 3D design, or animation
3. Have prior experience working with marketing or branding teams
4. Understand social media algorithms and content engagement strategies
