About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Organize and store all products for easy access and retrieval
2. Monitor stock levels regularly and report any discrepancies
3. Assist in conducting stock audits and cycle counts
4. Record and verify incoming shipments while updating inventory systems
5. Manage the outward movement of goods as per orders and dispatch schedules
6. Pick pack and label online orders accurately as per brand standards
7. Ensure all packaging aligns with quality and branding expectations
8. Generate shipping labels and ensure timely package handovers to courier partners
9. Track dispatched orders and ensure on-time delivery to customers
10. Coordinate with courier companies for pickups, delivery updates, and resolving issues
11. Handle escalations and special delivery communications professionally
12. Update inventory records in real-time using warehouse management tools
13. Identify low-stock SKUs proactively and inform the production or procurement team
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems
2. Be familiar with online order management and e-commerce operations
3. Possess good communication skills and attention to detail
4. Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
5. Apply basic computer knowledge including Excel, email, and order processing tools
