1. Should have great communication skills and can act as a bridge between other editors and clients.
2. Should be able to work and follow the already streamlined workflow, and should be good at communication with other editors and creative teammates.
3. Should be time efficient and well-versed with AI and other assistive tools + solutions that can minimise and optimize the edit hours.
4. Should have a great taste for visual storytelling and music.
5. Should be prompt in adapting to new video and creative trends.
