SBI Announces Postponement of SBI Clerk Main 2020 Exam Dates Due to COVID-19. Read More!

SBI Clerk Mains 2020 – The State Bank of India (SBI) recently announced the postponement of the SBI Clerk Mains Exam Date and SBI Clerk Pre Result 2020 due to the outbreak of novel Coronavirus in India. Several examinations have been postponed due to this COVID-19 outbreak across the country. The Result of SBI Clerk Pre 2020 was scheduled to be released during the last week of March 2020 and after the declaration of result, SBI Clerk Main Exam was scheduled to be conducted on 19th April 2020 which has now been postponed until further notice.
The number of people being infected from COVID-19 is increasing rapidly considering which the State Bank of India took this decision to postpone the examination so as to prevent it amongst students. Not only the result but also the exam dates of SBI Clerk Main Exam have been canceled and delayed until the concerned authorities release the new notification.
The number of cases of COVID-19 has reached over 2500 and government is taking any possible measure to prevent the spread of the deadly disease. The information concerning the new or revised schedule of SBI Clerk Main Exam along with SBI Clerk Prelims Result has been released on the official website of SBI i.e. sbi.co.in. Candidates who appeared in the examination and their parents would be advised to keep visiting the official website of SBI to be aware of the updated notifications released on their online portal.

SBI Clerk Pre-Exam was conducted in on several dates of the month of February 20202 and March 2020. There were lakhs of candidates who not only registered themselves for the examination but also marked their presence in it. The State Bank of India, through this entrance examination, focuses to fill around 8k posts of clerks in the largest public section.
Th result of SBI Clerk Pre-Exam is now expected to be released during the last week of April 2020 but there are no exact dates specified by the officials. Candidates must note that the cut off of the exam will be decided based on the total number of vacancies, number of candidates appeared, and the difficulty level of the examination.
